Gianna, a North Jersey native, spent most of her adolescent years observing her family’s Moving company. She remembers her family discussing business and logistics at the dinner table, as she listened in amazement. This sparked her interest in client relations and business, as she wanted to make her family proud. She worked hard in school to earn a business degree, eager to pursue her childhood dream. Above all, her true inspiration and confidence come from her mother, Nancy, who always emphasized the significance of following her dreams and being independent.

Gianna grew up within a very close family structure. Being one of four and a twin has led her to understand the importance of teamwork and value the respect of others. Her favorite memories growing up were spent with her family traveling and adopting their dog, Luna. Luna is a Coton de Tulear and is the light in Gianna’s eye.

Throughout her school years, Gianna spent the majority of her life working in customer service and hospitality. Spending her summers working at a country club in her hometown, servicing high-net-worth families, and assisting with their events. This taught her the values of superior service, individuality, and management. Gianna studied at Montclair State University, getting her bachelor's degree in marketing. After finishing her studies, Gianna decided to pursue a career in which client support was at the forefront and the focus.

Gianna joins our team as our new Client Concierge, where she will continue her passion for serving clients and participating in various curated events. In her free time, she loves listening to music and researching new recipes to make for her family and friends.
