Brennen grew up in the small town of Nyack, New York, where his sense of community inspired him to always help those around him. Despite living throughout the Tri-State over the years, he believes there is truly no place like home, and can be found making regular weekend visits to his hometown bagel store and pizzeria.

After graduating from Rutgers University, Brennen started his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he spent several years at Lazard, immersing himself in the world of capital markets and investment strategies. Ultimately, his passion for helping individuals and families achieve their goals drew him back to financial planning and to completing his CFP designation.

As a native of the Hudson Valley who grew up swimming in the river, Brennen developed an interest in sustainability. This motivated him to complete his ESG certification through Columbia Business School Executive Education, to learn how impact investing can drive change. Brennen prides himself on his innate attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism to deliver exceptional service to clients.

An ideal day for Brennen is one spent outdoors; some of his favorite activities include hiking, fly fishing, and the occasional round of golf. He also enjoys watching his favorite sports team: The New York Jets. Brennen has a passion for history, reading, and aspires to see various national parks throughout the US and abroad. He and his fiancée, Taylor, currently reside in Harrison, New York.
